EE-triever is a free toolbar for Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, or an iGoogle page. It gives you instant access to Maxim's Site Search, and quick links to information for electrical engineers, including application notes, design guides, product information, and technical support.
A computer running Windows. EE-triever works with Windows 98, NT, 2000, and XP in workstation and server versions. It also works with Windows 95 and Me but is not supported for those systems.
A Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, version 5.00 or later. It will work with Explorer 4 but is not supported.
Choose "Run this program from its current location" to install immediately;
Choose "Save this program to disk" if you want a file you can install later.
Your browser may request you to authorize the download. Reply by clicking Yes.
If the installer does not start automatically, double-click the file eetriever.exe that downloaded. The installer should start.
After you install, EE-triever should automatically appear in the Explorer browser toobar. If it does not, right-click the toolbar and turn the EE-triever toolbar on.
Windows 2000, XP Professional, and NT users: You must be logged on as the Administrator or logged on with Administrator rights in order to install the Maxim EE-triever Toolbar. You can turn off these rights once the installation is complete.
